Ship Days
The most important piece of information on the page. State it plainly and prominently at the top.

Orders ship every Monday and Wednesday. No exceptions.

Order Cutoff
Customers need to know when the window closes before they miss it.

Orders must be placed before the ship date to be included in that week's batch. Orders placed after a ship date automatically roll to the next available one.

Preorder Notice
May orders ship Monday, June 1st. Preorders will begin to be accepted starting May 23rd. Once we sell out, ordering closes.

Pickup Option
Local pickup is available at 741 Morosgo Dr. NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Pickup must be coordinated in advance — do not arrive without confirming a pickup window.

Freshness & Handling
Cookies are baked fresh and shipped on your order's designated ship date. For best taste, enjoy within 3–5 days of delivery. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and product. We will review on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once the order has shipped.

No Refunds / No Cancellations Policy
All sales are final. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after purchase. This includes preorders.
